- We offer international shipment using EMS International express service. The service is only partially available and depends on your country of origin.

- International shipping costs are limited to 2.0 kg and can be delivered at a flat rate per area.

In the case of goods exceeding 2 kg, it costs shipping regardless of the amount.
* Free shipping over 5,000 JPY only applies to domestic Japanese orders.

- It depends on the destination or season. However, you can get a rough idea on the following page.
EMS delivery estimation
- Are international shipments covered by Insurance?
- You can add on EMS insurance service. Insurance fees vary depending on your order price (Under 20,000 JPY should be free of charge). If you need your parcel to be insured, add the message "INSURED" in the reference column
- I am unsure whether to choose small or medium size.
- You can send us your height, weight and product name along with a couple of sizes that you have in mind. By using the Estimate Page, our staff will be able to check your details and suggest the best size for you.
